If you’ve landed here, it might have been by accident. Or maybe you’re trying to learn something new or improve your skills. I get that. I’m learning too! Learning Curves is my guinea pig – a chance for me to experience the blogosphere firsthand. The Cambridge Dictionary defines a learning curve as the rate of someone’s progress in learning a new skill. As I set off on my latest learning adventure, the title just seemed right.

What will you find here? All the little things I think about as they relate to learning – my own, my kids’ and the stuff I read. The posts will be light so if you’re looking for something a bit more heady, you might want to check here.

My name is Kim, and I’m a former public relations executive looking to re-enter the world of communications after time away raising my children. I’ve loved being with my kids but i’ve also missed the challenges of work. So, here I am learning again – this time with the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.

I love hearing what other people are learning. Drop me a line, let me know what you’re up to.

Now for the boring but necessary stuff……
